Short-Term Running Goals:

I'm just getting back into running after a long break to have my last child.  I would like to race some 10Ks, a half, and a marathon in the next 2 years.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Be the oldest woman to complete a marathon.  Yea!  But hopefully I will also complete some BEFORE I geezer up, like, before I'm 40 for sure.  I think it would be fun to dress up really strange for marathons, like impersonating celebrities and stuff.  Except I don't really like celebrities, as a rule, so maybe I'll have to stick to the age old question of ninja, or pirate.  I say ninja. *Hyah!*

Personal:

I am happily married to James W (Cool Runnings). We have 3 boys and 1 opinionated little girl.  I love reading and I'm also a news junkie.  I am a stinker.

Just a quick little update...  I am still alive, by most definitions, and the baby is taking care of the kicking for me.   Look, I am in the 3rd trimester already!

 I can't wait to start running again.  Usually, I just walk about 40 min. in the evening.  I do yoga about 2 times a week, and swim with my boys on Saturdays (and boy can I float!)

I like this one because it disguises my arm fat...a little.

My browser chopped off your baby in all of the pictures...you don't even look pregnant..you look really great! I love that color on you!! ( I'm sure if I could see your stomach I'd think you'd look beautiful..I love a pregnant body) Your boys are too cute..I could eat them up..I could I could!! We were studying about the desert today and all the cactus pictures made us think of you...my kids even asked why daddy hadn't run the race in Arizona...they wanted to play with your boys.

Yes, Burt. Laura is my much-beloved sister. She was the one just above me in age and the one whose stuff I was always pilferring. Mike and James are both great guys but are not blood relatives.

I was missing you today and looked on your family blog this morning. My browser didn't show your tummy so I finally got to see the full version and speaking from expert experience I don't think you look big at all...you look really healthy and your tummy looks pretty compact and perfect to me. Again..I love the pictures of your boys..I LOVE the personality that came out in their pictures..very cute...good job Mom..you have Wonderful children!!
